Client's Home Office & Design Board

Design boards are a great way to introduce inspiration when you are updating a space in your home (and when you are lacking a creative flow of ideas). These boards will give you an idea of furniture, colour, and accessories to update your space. For only $75, a board will be tailored to your space and needs. Plus, I will include a source list of all the items that appear on the board. And since these can be done electronically, there is no need to live in the Ottawa-area to benefit from these boards. The design board can be created simply by submitting pictures of your space along with the room dimensions.

My client wanted to transform an unused storage room in her basement into her new home office. She introduced me to the existing space which housed plenty of furniture (that needed to be incorporated into the new design) and loads of boxes (that needed an organized home). Plus she wanted to keep the neutral beige walls. Here is the before pic of the space...

The design board included some of her existing furniture along with several new  pieces, lighting, artwork, and organization accessories. 

My client loved the design board and set off to implement the design. After some long hours and hard work, here is how the room looks now (photos courtesy of my client). Isn't it such a transformation? I'm so proud of her for all her hard work, and I'm super happy that she loves her new space!
